Jordan School District has entered into a one-year partnership with Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) and the payoff will be big. Our goal is to save 1,575,924-kilowatt hours (kWh). This is enough energy to power more than 99 homes for an entire year. The cost savings alone will add up to $126,000 dollars for our taxpayers! On top of that, RMP has agreed to provide an additional incentive of $.025/kWh. Once that goal is reached, RMP will pay Jordan School District an additional $39,398 bringing our total savings plus incentive to more than $165,000. When we work together conserving energy, everyone wins!
